After 15 years of official and continuous import of breadcrumbs with Panko brand from Thailand and Vietnam, Aftab Tejarat Negin (ATN) Company started to import low tonnage trial production equipment and machines in 2017 and after five years in 2022 purchasing automatic and modern machinery from abroad, set up a unique factory of Panko brand breadcrumbs production, the new factory was constructed and set up in six months.
The advantages of the new factory include:
1- Automatic systems with minimal manpower and no manual production.
2- A production capacity of 35 tons of breadcrumbs per day,
3- The factory is located in Damavand industrial region which is close to Tehran.
4- 2500 amperes of electricity and 4 pounds per square inch of gas pressure help in the high capacity of production.
5- Considering the proper construction and procedures according to the new global standards, all the related certificates easily provided and the factory system is progressing every day based on them,
6- Considering the high capacity of production, the product reach to our dear customers in minimum possible time.
